All Sales Are Final

All purchases of seeds from Humboldt Seed Company / Two Snakes are final at the time of sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Seeds are a natural, living plant material. As with all natural biological products, individual results will vary based on factors outside our control, including but not limited to grower environment, climate, and regional conditions; growing medium, soil composition, and nutrient levels; watering practices, humidity, and temperature regulation; handling and storage of seeds prior to germination; and grower experience and technique.

By completing a purchase, whether online or through a licensed dispensary partner, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.


Seed Replacement Program

We stand behind our genetics. If you experience issues with seed viability, Humboldt Seed Company / Two Snakes are willing to discuss a seed replacement on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Window

Replacement requests must be submitted within three (3) months of the original date of purchase. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be considered, regardless of circumstances.

What You Will Need to Submit

All of the following are required to initiate a replacement request. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.

Proof of Purchase — Order number (online purchases) or original receipt (dispensary purchases). Replacement requests cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.

Photo Documentation — Clear photographs of the non-viable seeds. Photos must show all affected seeds and, where possible, the germination attempt. Photos should be in focus and well-lit.

Date of Purchase — Must be within three (3) months of the original purchase date.

To submit a replacement request, contact us directly through our website or customer service channel. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe to discuss your situation.

Replacement Limits

Replacements are subject to the following limits, which apply per order:

  • Replacement seeds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable strain if the original variety is unavailable at the time of replacement.
  • Replacement packs are not eligible for further replacement under any circumstances.

Restock and Shipping Fee

A restock and shipping fee is required to process any replacement of $9.99. This fee is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before replacement seeds are dispatched.

Right to Refuse

Humboldt Seed Company / Two Snakes reserve the right to refuse any replacement request at our sole discretion. Circumstances in which a replacement may be refused include but are not limited to:

  • Insufficient or unclear photo documentation
  • Requests that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with normal use
  • Requests submitted beyond the three (3) month eligibility window

Dispensary Purchases

Seeds purchased through a licensed dispensary partner are eligible for the replacement program. In lieu of an order number, customers must provide the original receipt of purchase from the dispensary, clearly showing the product name, date of purchase, and dispensary name. Humboldt Seed Company / Two Snakes are not responsible for verifying dispensary pricing, availability, or individual store policies.
